The University of Akron and Kent State University, in affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, offers the Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree through the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (NOAC).
NOAC merges the strong assets of two university programs that focus on the scientific and clinical bases of audiology with the Cleveland Clinic Section of Audiology to provide students with exposure to the breadth and depth of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology. We are dedicated to providing world class education in Audiology.

2016 Recipient of Kenneth Berger Award
Congratulations to Kate Weatherholt, shown third from the right with the Berger family. The Berger Award is given every year to an outstanding Third Year student, in memory of Dr. Kenneth Burger, a professor at Kent State University and the founder of the Berger Hearing Aid Museum.
Leadership in Audiology
Leen Nahouli (Class of 2018) is a recipient of the International Peace Scholarship awarded by the Philanthropic Educational Organization for international women who are full-time graduate students in an accredited university in the US.
